Terms
The short version: verified revenue, no funny business, we do not touch your money.
What Shipclan is
- A directory and accountability group for indie builders, organised by verified revenue.
- We are not a financial adviser, broker, payment processor or investment product. Nothing here is financial advice.
- We do not hold, move or custody your money. All payments happen in your own Stripe account.
What you promise
- Only connect a payment account you control, and only use a read-only key.
- Do not misrepresent your revenue. Verified figures come from your own payment provider; if the number on your profile is wrong, the key is doing something it should not.
- No harassment. Report a profile or post to the operator and it will be actioned.
What we can do
- Suspend an account that breaks these rules, and remove revenue we cannot attribute to a registered product.
- Change the ladder, tier goals and clan sizes. We will not retroactively change a graduation you have already earned.
- Discontinue the product. We will give reasonable notice and export your data on request.
No guarantees
- Shipclan is provided as-is, with no warranty. Verification reduces the chance of a false claim; it does not make anyone a good business.
- We are not responsible for your revenue, your customers, or the outcome of joining a clan.
- 18 and over only.
